Going to Tallinn in April can anybody tell me what it is like, and how are they at speaking english.

It is brilliant and very pretty but they drink like you wouldn't believe so expect to see a few men reeling in the cobbled streets, and ignore them! Most of these countries speak English so you'll be OK.

wouldn't be amazed if the drunks all speak English on account of coming from there...might still be a bit nippy in April, as it's well north, so wrap up well.
