Soy milk

Is it alright to heat soy milk for bed time just as you would with a cup of dairy milk? Ive just become vegatarian but i used to enjoy a cup of hot milk to take to bed. If i can use this as an alternative then i will never look back!!!

Don't see why not. Tastes like powdered chalk though!

Of course you can. I use it in my oatmeal hot, nothing bad happens. Read the label - doesn't it say it's good hot or cold?

I always buy Vanilla flavour, it's the most delicious. You should give it a try if you haven't yet.

Im sorry guys i tried my hot soy milk last night to go to bed and it was HORRIBLE!!!! Whats rice milk like??

I can take it in tea and coffee fine there is no difference ,just not straight!!
