face paints

When using face paints on children how do you prevent it running off when they get hot and sweaty? Also when they lick their lips it goes onto the tongue and teeth and looks dreadful!? Any advice appreciated! Thanks!

i put a layer of vasaline on there skin first, it dont seem to run and plus protects there skin.

A light dusting of loose powder should "hold" the paint in place.
