Col, this is a bit of a poser because there are currently TWO women with dark curly hair in B & Q ads! If you mean the dolly one in the kitchen with several other people it's the lovely Colette Brown (Casualty, Sunburn, Holby City and much more), if you mean the one in the bath I've no idea!
