Only the weight watchers website as far as I know, but you have to pay. I'm not sure how it works, I know with Slimming World that if you are a member they give you a password each week so you can login. Is Weight Watchers the same? I know you joined the other day, maybe ask your consultant?

There is definately nowhere free, that's how they make all their money - selling you the books and things with the points values in!

Ooh, just checked their website a bit more carefully - even if you are already attending meetings, you have to pay to access their eSource info on the website which is where you get the points values - �6.95 per month - ouch!

You can get a 30 day free trial so maybe you should make a massive list of all the food you like, sign up for the free trial, get all the points values and then cancel at the end of the trial!!

you could always find someone that attends a Weight Watchers meeting and get them to but a points calculator for you. Its small enough to put in your handbag. You could even try ebay for one!
