What are other folks experiences of dealing with MFI, in particular purchase of their kitchens?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Thanks for coming back - our own experience is dire and I do think that folks should be seriously warned off these cowboys.....our new kitchen doors are already "peeling" after less than one year and cannot get replacement doors out of new management at the store because they say they can't find us on their system! Is this perhaps because unbeknown to us at the time of purchase MFI have changed suppliers of their Devonshire kitchens....so looks like we are left with a "dud" �16,000 kitchen - good old rip-off Britain!
If being economical with the truth, losing customer's details and putting the telephone down on customers is part of the slogan "We've changed..." then I guess this is THE CHANGE! It is time customers got their rights back and fought back against dud, incompetent and in some cases downright dishonest retailers.
