Bad!! Not all delivered at once, parts missing for weeks, bad workmen etc etc
not kitchens but bedrooms: not good, parts damaged, items missing, 2nd delivery damaged too.

Mind you once delivery finally completed I managed to get the next order for a desk free of charge.

Thanks for coming back - our own experience is dire and I do think that folks should be seriously warned off these cowboys.....our new kitchen doors are already "peeling" after less than one year and cannot get replacement doors out of new management at the store because they say they can't find us on their system! Is this perhaps because unbeknown to us at the time of purchase MFI have changed suppliers of their Devonshire kitchens....so looks like we are left with a "dud" 16,000 kitchen - good old rip-off Britain!
MFIs reputation has been poor for a long time. Problem such as the ones you have outlined are common amongst its customers.

You can tell a company has bad customer relations when its current advertising slogan is...

"We've changed"

I assume they are claiming they have changed for the better.

If being economical with the truth, losing customer's details and putting the telephone down on customers is part of the slogan "We've changed..." then I guess this is THE CHANGE! It is time customers got their rights back and fought back against dud, incompetent and in some cases downright dishonest retailers.
They have changed.

The company was sold in September 2006 for 1 (yes, the whole business, shops, and all, for just a quid).
