have a look at the boots change one thing wesite, you can get personal calorie allowance guide based on current weight and activity level and how much you want to loose, also a food diary to fill in each day, also a handy calories in food search application,i have used it for a while and find it really good :-)

Yes, I probably have about that many as well Dris, but it'd be too severe for some people. A relative lost 7 stone over 14 months, and went from a size x to a size 10-12. Unfortunately, because this was a huge amount to lose in a relatively short time, she then couldn't keep stable. If she carried on with her diet, she was going to lose even more, and if she ate a little extra, she'd put it on again. At the moment, she's back to 12.5 stone, so it's not just about losing the weight, the problem seems to be in keeping it off.
Evedawn, a woman will maintain her weight at approx 2000 calories per day. So if you drop to 1500 calories you should lose weight on this. I wouldn't drop to 1000 calories as this is quite low and might slow down your metabolism. If you are having problems shifting the last couple of pounds, 1000 calories is okay for a week or two. Good luck!
