There is no need to join slimming clubs if you just have 2 st to lose. If you eat healthy food always have breakfast ,low fat meals skimmed milk ,drink plenty water.I have unsweetened grapefriut juice every morning before breakfast .This helps me to stop craving for sweet thing.Just cut all the things like crisps sweets choc biscuits.I have lost 5lbs first week then 3lbs last week by this method and I have another stone to go .Dont forget to eat plenty fruit and veg chicken and fish.Lots more things you can have if you cook them properly.Hope this helps.
