Well it will sting just as it does having your ears or belly pierced. How old are you? It is agains tthe law to pierce anyone under 18 without their parents written consent and they have to do that personally to the piercer. Otherwise the piercer can be prosecuted on (i believe) assault charges!!! Think carefully about it ... it is a big responsibility to have to keep it clean and free from infection and bearing in mind the area of the body that is no easy task. It will take a few months to settle down too, just as with ears and belly which also take at least 6 weeks before you can change the ring/stud.
yep, a short sharp sting but its well worth it as long as you bear in mind what Mrscheeks says !
I had it pierced, and the only time i felt discomfort was when i sneezed. and that too was in the beginning few weeks. and it gets kinda hard to change it or take it out.
Stings a little, eyes water slightly - no pain. But have it only done by NEEDLE never by GUN. If your piercer is piercing by GUN - find a new one (piercer that is)
Don't do it! It looks like ****. Little lumps of "snot" on the side of your nose. Or a ring, which reminds me of a cow being led to milk. Why do people do it? Listen to your mum.
A friend of mine has had a nose piercing twice and each time she had to take it out because she was allergic to the studs...she only used steel or gold.
I had mine pierced and accidently knocked the stud out after a couple of days. I can honestly say that trying to get the bloody thing back in was worse than giving birth (well maybe not, but it was flipping painful!). So I left it out and am delighted I did as I don't have a scar or anything now.
Stings a bit but i wouldn't say it hurts. The worst part of it is having to keep it clean. it does tend to go a bit crusty at first, yuk. the best studs are the corkscrew kind as they don't fall/pull out that easy, though they are hard to get in. It takes a while to get used to blowing your nose with it in! but after a bit you just get used to it. Mine came out in my sleep once - i think i knocked it because it was quite sore. I couldn't get it back in again easily so left it out. i have a tiny white scar there now. If you do get it done, as someone mentioned above, make sure it is somewhere clean and reputable and they do it with a needle and not a gun. are only used for ear lobes, and even then most places I know use needles for ear lobes too. they should inform you about aftercare and tell you to contact them if there are any problems.
I've had it done 3 times and it does hurt a bit, nothing major. Everyone else is also right about making sure the place is hygienic and professional etc and making sure you go somewhere that uses a needle rather than a stud gun. I didn't like the feeling of the gun at all. I also took one of mine out after about a year and it didn't scar. I wonder if Cheesefreek has silver snot??
Why do you want to  have your nose pierced? It'll hurt and also why puncture parts of your body unnecesarily? Just put a stick on stone or something!!
STOP BEING AN IDIOT, "CHEESE FREAK". NO1 ASKED 4 UR OPINION. SO SHUT UP OK?
