I have just bought a step board and want to buy a good step workout DVD which I can do at home (seeing as the step classes at my local sports centre are always booked up). Can anyone recommend one which will (shock horror!) actually work??? Cheers, guys.

Hi Soozmac

I am not too much of a fan of these keep fit videos. Have you been to a step class before? If so, you should know the moves. Put on some music, put your step board in front of a full length mirror, hold a can of beans in each hand and go for it. You will be able to concentrate more looking at yourself then watching a video. That is what I find, anyway. I have bought one of those lateral thigh machines, I watched the video to get to know the moves and how to work it, now I don't bother.

Good luck! x

yes, I've been to a few, but I can never get booked in, and now I am at a new job, none of the classes is on at a time that suits. So I thought I'd do it at home. I know what I'm like, and I'd need a video to keep me going, otherwise I'd do 10 mins and then go off to do the dishes or something.
