email is jamming sytem

For a couple of days now an email has been trying to come thru via my outlook express but for some reason (maybe its too large) it won't download and consequently the ones before it keep coming again every time i try to download, is there anyway i can get rid of the one that won't come as i guess there are maybe others that should have come since that can't get thru? Thanks for any advice

Can you access your email via webmail - you can with most ISPs.
