Anyone else won a free makeover & photo session with them? Just want to know if it's all a con!

If you don't buy the pics on the day then they say the price will go up. Best bet if you want some pics done is to go to your local photographer. Good luck
yes me and my mate filled in a questionaire and the next week we both won, what a suprise, when I read it you get a free makeup session then you get to look at photos and can purchase them from 250.00. When the man rang I said look for it being a prize draw everyones won and I dont have the money to go to London just to get a bit of slap put on, then he said 'well you can pay installments. Thanks but no thanks. Complete rip off.
Yeah it was quite nice - i'll try and show it to you. I was only about 18 at the time i think... i'll scan it in over the weekend. They did let me choose which one in particular i wanted aswell.
It was a bit like being on a processor belt... sat down, and they done my hair (no wash or anything - just styled it!), moved along and they done my nails (painted them), then passed on the next seat to a make up woman. (So nothing too fancy!!)
Then me and my friend were taken downstairs to a "studio" and we had bought along all different styles of clothes (formal dress, casual, smart etc) so he could take different styles of photos.
I remember it being a nice day out and made a change...!

I actually worked for studio 64 for a long time, and God you guys are ******* stupid.
Don't get me wrong, I actually don't have any reason to defend them, I don't even like them, but the insipidness of you people really gets to me!
It is a very good deal you're getting, so what if everyone is offered the same? It doesn't take away the fact that you get free wine, free hair and makeup and free studio time and yes, people actually pay 300 for this.
The pictures are expensive because you're all pretty goddamn hideous and it takes time to airbrush out your ugly faces and slim you down.
As for you who think that it's a rip off... just because you're poor and don't have a pot to **** in doesn't mean that it is a rip off. Why should you expect anyone to put all that time and effort into making you lot a whole lot better than you do now for the price of a kodak pic?
