I am 36 and had my licence for 10 years, my car insurance is �12,000 a year!!! why is this..
my record isnt that bad, all i have is 6 counts or grand theft auto, 9 counts of hit and run, 4 counts of perverting the courts of justice, 2 counts of armed robbery and 3 counts of street robbery??
i dont get it?
