markham - why don't you look for the answer yourself? You seem to ask a great deal of questions on here, what possible satisfaction can you get from using someone's else's answers to complete your own answer sheet? If you can't find an answer yourself, simply leave a blank space - where's the shame/harm in that?

markham - admirable (and I have complained about others who ruin quizzes), but you are clearly missing the point. As this is a charity quiz, you are already supporting the charity by purchasing the quiz, so If you can't find out an answer by your own means, please leave your answer sheet blank and don't ruin a brilliant quiz for the rest of us!

Markham - This is not difficult ! I hadn't got a clue, but have just typed "final departure lounge of miami airport" (just like that - quotation marks and all) into google, and the answer comes up at least half a dozen times on the first page.

Why don't you give it a whirl!
