i had a bit of problem on here last nite

i was posting an answer when somthing came up on my screen
somthing like
the last defender and i couldnt get rid
of it but when i turned my pc off iv now got an icon on
my desk top which wasnt there before
its the shape of a shield writing underneath it
reads install-t.l.d.
any info on it plese and is it safe to use

is it not Windows Defender?
if it is, its anti-spyware etc and is protecting you, thats what the shield is for, maybe it wants you to download the current protection so as you dont get viruses etc.

if that helps i dont know as im always wary of things on here before i dive in to them if you understand me meaning
