equal pay bank holidays

a female member of staff is getting triple pay on bank holiday while the rest of the workers get double time on bank holiday, is this right are we entitled to equal pay

Is she doing exactly the same job as the rest? Same job title, same experience, same responsibilities?

Are the rest all men?

Is she a manager, or has she been an employee longer than the others?

Those would be two reasons that she could have a different contract
