i wouldn't worry about it, but you can get a nipple stretching device that forms a vacuum over your nipple and gradually stretches it out... i don't know why i know this but i do - GP would be able to help
You say you need 'advice from a GP', why don't you make an appointment to see one? Even if someone on AB said they are a GP, that may not necessarily be so. It's always best to visit your own, if you are concerned about your health. We can only advise - not diagnose. Good luck.

If your nipple has recently become inverted then please see your GP immediately.

As the others have said you really should see a Dr. or practice nurse anyway.

Have a look in the maternity or new baby section of a large chemist.  There is a device that you can buy to pop it back out - it's mainly sold to women who want to breast feed - obviously not possible with an inverted nipple - but it's more common than you'd think!

hi thanx for ur help.
The device is made by Avant.    If you have always had an inverted nipple no worries, if this is a recent thing definitely get it checked it can be a sign of breast cancer.
Has the nipple always been inverted? (Some women's are, that's just the way it is).  If so, it is probably nothing to worry about but you should still get it checked out by your gp anyway.  If it has suddenly become inverted then you should DEFINATELY see your GP a.s.a.p. This may be a symptom of something that needs treating.  Please see your GP a.s.a.p, hope everything is o.k for you xx
