service change

I am with Orange/virgin media, or whatever they are called these days. I pay �18 a month for what comes down the line at 1 to 2meg a time!! I have been trying to change to a cheaper service but all I get is someone trying to flog me phone and tv and phone stuff grrrrrrrrrr!! Anyway does anyone know a way to just simply change from one to another. I have been with the same people for about 5 tears and am sure I`m paying over the odds. Also what service would you suggest I go for?? Regards

Hiya, I have the same question. ha ha. I'm with Tiscali at �14.99 a month. Only get 1meg cuz of exchange. They offer unlimited at competitive prices. Help services are ok if your lucky enough to get decent english speaking!

I'm only wanting to change cuz they couldnt manage to keep my bills separate, as they were, but Tiscali kept combining them so every month one bill always turned to be failed payment even though they were DD accounts.

It's a pain- I believe Tiscali to be the best offer around , just accounts/billing department are dimwits.
