To be honest justgetting good results in any subject will be fine so long as you can get into college. At college you need to do Health and Social Care and then off to uni to do physio. Good luck hunni.
Scientific subjects will go down favourably, Biology A Level is more or less essential.
Try and make sure you get work experience before applying, and experience in the care setting (i.e. volunteer at an old peoples' home or club for people with disabilites) will enhance your application.

Im in year 10 now and took GCSE P.E as an option many people have said to me "oooo thats great for physio therapy" its not what im looking at doing but the therey side is deffinetly looking at physio therapy as you have to learn what every bone and muscle in the body are and lots more, mum reckons i could be a doctor by the end of the course. xx gud look in choosing your options.
