As a regular customer and card holder of Debenhams I tried to purchase Travel Insurance via a leaflet sent to me when I enquired I was told we are ineligible due to age
does this mean I am too old to shop in Debenhams will they refuse to take my good hard earned money. I know they are probably affliated to some insurers but is this a good image for them

Anyone opening a Debenhams card , which is supplied by GE Capital Bank, is offered the option to add insurance cover to their account, however, this is not available to people of retirement age. That is not a rule made up by Debenhams but by the company offering the credit, and the Insurance company supplying the policy will have this rule also, which would be outside of Debenhams control as they are using a third party product.
