Trying to download msn messenger

to my new laptop and I keep receiving an error message "it looks like you are offline, you need to be online, please connect to the internet and retry"

I am online and no matter what I try I cant download messenger

Any ideas?

When that happens to me, I go to tools and make sure 'work offline' isn't ticked.

Heya Haysi! If this still happens try uninstalling the program then downloading the latest version.
