Does anyone have an Avent Magic Cup?

I need to know if I'm supposed to remove the silicone disk under the spout before I hand it to my son to drink? Is it just for travelling so it does not leak?

Its been 6 years since I have used one but Im sure the design has pretty much stayed the same. I didnt remove anything and I think its that disc that stops the drink from leaking out. Test it by drinking out of it yourself first. I used one for my daughter all the time once she could drink from a spouted cup. The idea is that it wont leak if the cup is knocked over or thrown about. You can use it anywhere.

keep the disc in it or itll just poor everywhere!

they are great but can be hard to clean at times

keep it in, if you put it one way the pop comes out slow and turn it round and it comes out quick
red is right there horrible to clean
