Is it really going to snow in London today?

Yesterday the Met office predicted that snow would fall in London today (friday) at around 5pm. Why is it that I dont believe them?!

LBC 1152AM have a personable and excellent weather man - Chris Lowrie - who said this morning that any settling-type snow in London is extremely unlikely. Essex and further north may get a dusting.

You are right, it is brilliantly sunny here, and actually quite warm.

its freezing here in the midlands, although if you stay indoors, turn the fire up full and look out the window you could swear its the middle of summer, lol
