How can I find out what sentence someone actually received?
I found a newspaper article online relating to an estranged member of my family pleading guilty to a number of offences. He was bailed until sentencing reports but I cannot find any follow up to this.

The case took place at Lincoln Crown Court in October/November 2006 if that makes any difference.

Although detailed court documents aren't available to the public, every court maintains an official register (which is public), recording the decisions of the court. So you should be able to get the information you require from Lincoln Crown Court.
