The answers are two words with one letter different.

28, Coloured shout, [ 5 ]
46, Negotiate and swing, [ 6 ]

Cant be cream scream as both have to have 5 letters

Thankyou very much Aquagility, 78 could be,but 28 both words have to have the same number of letters which is 6 same with 46 dangle could be but not wrangle as it is 7 letters i only want 6.
Here is an example :
A rough sore throat, 6 coarse [ rough ] hoarse [ sore throat ]
Exercise the grey matter, 5, Train [ exercise ] and brain [grey matter ], one letter has to be changed in the answer,
