how to cope with pressure from the father
1 Answers
i am pregnant with my ex's baby - and over the months he has become extremely abusive towards me. He phones and texts me abusive messages and it is affecting both my work and home life. he will be extremely abusive and then the next day say how sorry he is and that he didnt mean any of it - and make me feel as if i have done something to deserve this.
I constantly feel stressed out because of this situation which is not good for both me or my unborn child.
I feel i am being very reasonable with him - agreeing to most things he asks for E.g. how many times he can visit, coming to my scans, etc. but he kicked off yesterday as i said i didnt want his friends at the hospital when i've had the baby.
is there anything i can do to limit the amount of communication we have to have whilst im pregnant - as i am coming to the end of my patients now. I've tried ignoring him and that just makes him even more abusive!
Please help
