can you blog about the bullying in a school if you do not say the name of the child and school in question. Can the school prosecute you for talking about a problem if it comes to there attention even though the blogg is vague?

If neither the name of the child or the school is mentioned in the blog, the school will not know that they are being written about?

More importantly though, If this is you then please contact http://www.bullying.co.uk/ for help.
