Sheep can definitely jump - as can lambs.

The generally accepted answer is elephant but I also believe that giraffes have a problem getting off the ground.

Yes Smudge they can jump.  They are noted for their prowess in both high and long jump and have gained lots of Olympic medals.

LOL Fakeplastic - I can just imagine them lining up to receive their Olympic medals! I thought this would be a tricky one to answer & I still wait with baited breath!?!

Okay Armadillo's can jump - but just wondered if anyone has actually seen them jump? I have always been fascinated by them since I was a little girl. Even now, if I see a cute little Woodlice in the house, I still refer to it as baby Armadillo!

At one time the scientific name for one kind of woodlouse was actually Armadillo (it's now been changed to Armadillidium).  This is the kind which can roll up --- many other kinds cannot.

 

But here's an odd coincidence:

 

Armadillo babies are monozygotic -- all identical, from the same egg.  This means that their litters are always the same sex.

 

Woodlice have no genetic difference between male and female.  Instead the females are the ones which carry a harmless bacterium.   The mother woodlouse either allows the eggs to become "infected" and become female, or does not, when they become male.  As in the mammalian armadillo, the whole woodlouse brood is therefore either all male or all female.  And they look just like tiny armadillos!

No, they can't jump.  They have seven pairs of legs, and I suspect they are not up to the coordination needed.  They are isopods, but many of another group of crustaceans can, the amphipods -- these include the comma-shaped freshwater shrimps and of course the sand-hoppers you find under things on the beach.
