I do know what you mean gina,I hate having to ring foreign call centres and having to speak to people who speak a bare minimum of English.

I found that when I put sky movies on over xmas, I couldnt believe it was an india customer services because they used to be scottish

its the way everything is going

makes you wonder how long we can live on people shopping as an industry

The BT call centre in India is good if you can get someone who speaks English you can understand ,
I spoke to one woman and had to hang up as I couldn't
understand a word .But still think they should be in the UK .
