Let down over on-line purchase of National Express rail tickets
4 Answers
Hi. I ordered train tickets on line from National Express and the transaction for the cost is clearly shown on my Mastercard statement. That was 27 January, 12 days ago. The tickets have not arrived, despite my asking for them to be sent 1st class post.
They say I can collect copies from the station on day of travel but that is not convenient - how can I be sure they will be there? I feel since they have taken the money, they should send tickets. Where do I stand?

One hour - or longer? Its a very busy place, and I have no faith that the people there will have been told to give me a ticket.
If I wanted to get tickets at the station, I would not have gone on line in the first place. It is supposed to be a time saver.
