Hi. I ordered train tickets on line from National Express and the transaction for the cost is clearly shown on my Mastercard statement. That was 27 January, 12 days ago. The tickets have not arrived, despite my asking for them to be sent 1st class post.
They say I can collect copies from the station on day of travel but that is not convenient - how can I be sure they will be there? I feel since they have taken the money, they should send tickets. Where do I stand?

phone the company, because if they cannot provide the tickets in time then you have the right to a refund so you can make alternative arrangements. hope they sort it out for you.
i dont understand how it could possibly be "not conveineint" to pick them up from the station. Surely you will have to go there to catch the train!!!

I agree I will have to be in the station to get the train - but how long will I need to wait in the queue? One hour - or longer? Its a very busy place, and I have no faith that the people there will have been told to give me a ticket.
If I wanted to get tickets at the station, I would not have gone on line in the first place. It is supposed to be a time saver.
I have replied to this in the other section you have posted this question in.

I am in the same position as you exactly.
