You could try 'Feedall'. They have a place on Preston Farm Industrial estate at Stockton and another somewhere else but I don't know where.

I get all my horse feed from Tallentires at Butterknowle, there phone number is 01388 718282 you could ring ahead and ask if they stock it, they are normally really helpful and could perhaps order it in for you - also cheaper than other places! Failing that there is Farmway at Piercebridge.
