where to find a partner

Hi
I'm feeling a bit down in the dumps after having a few bad relationships and was wondering where people have met their partners
I don't really go clubbing or anything much these days and find that's not always the best place to meet people anyway
I would be interested in reading any answers to give me hope!

Try not to dwell on things We have all been through are bad relationships..
As i am single too i know how your feeling but try and keep your chin up..
As for meeting someone it will happen when you least expect it...(err i was in the que first though :o)..)

Lol yes greeny is usually a new registered person to AB but most on here have more than one name..
And some do re register if they get banned for chatting or have been reported..

i met my fella on www.faceparty.co.uk 4 years

4 years further on and we have a toddler and another baby due soon.

I did meet some idiots online but I think i am reasonably sensible and if meeting anyone i made sure it was in a public plce and friends knew exactly who i was with and where we were.

I also introduced 2 friends to the site and one has since married a guy she met and another has met a partner and they have a child so it can all be bad eh?

Yeh, I've also found some great people on the internet, but more so on Facebook and Bebo, i don't know how old you are (that's not a question dont worry! :P) but you may think you're too old for Facebook/bebo/myspace but if not they're pretty great!

After a disastrous marriage due o being young and gullable I finally got the courage to leave and divorce the bully. I then decided to et a career and my first day at uni studying to be a nurse I met a tall, hunky sexy security guard/porter and the rest is history. We now live together and are very very happy.
