No I don't think so, unless there was some passing remark about guitar lessons from Doc Spoc or Banjo sister or cazzz, or somebody else I can't remember.
But maybe you can jog my memory.
I hate to say it, but the measure of a good ad is whether you remember it and can also remember who it advertises. I can think of a dozen 'clever, 'arty' ads that I love to watch, but couldn't actually tell you what the product is - the car that turns into a skater, anything that uses carmina Burana as the theme music etc etc.
Shake and Vac was voted one of the best ads of all time, cos as much as people hated it, everyone can remember it!
Oh, that kid in the toilets saying "it's all gone it's all gone", makes me wanna drown him in the bog....(sorry!)
I agree about all the Halifax adverts...that poor guy is not going to get a date EVER again....
The diarrhea adverts, although I don't know if there would be a "right" way to do those....
Cillit Bang is also one of my pet hates.
