I've got something similar to this which I bought in my local Morrisons (Lakeland also sell them), I use it in my kitchen after preparing onions and garlic and I can say it definitely does work.
By chance I saw the programme on QVC when they were selling Zilo recently and thought at the time, well if my little bar works, and this works on the same principle then it seemed a good idea, wasn't tempted to buy it though and hoped that it did work as the guy demonstrating it ate several raw onions and cloves of garlic!
