Cat Fleas?

Hi All - Just realised my cat has fleas! Other than the usual flea treatments for him is there anything else i should be doing? Am i right in think ing they will probably be all over my house? Thanks

Get him front-lined....don't even bother with any over the counter stuff-they won't work. For the house try either R.I.P.-from your vet,or ZODIAC household-from pet shops. Both will kill all the life-cycle stages of fleas for up to a year. Also-HOOVER,HOOVER,HOOVER.....several times a day if you can. Results won't be immediate.....give it about 2 weeks to be relatively free of the little horrors.

And you can also buy an anti-flea cat collar, cut a piece of it off and put it into your hoover bag, it will help kill any live ones that you do hoover up.
