Probably not the answer you are looking for, but there is a village called Eric in Turkey, the Bosphorus Express (Istanbul - Ankara) passes through it.

See, trains can be useful.

It's ok, I've found him, he was in the garden, but I now have a dead woodpecker in the kitchen.
