Phone message retrieval

I have recently had my phone connected to the answering service operated by Virgin Media. I dial 1571 to get the current message, but I`m sure there were more options i.e. getting old messages but cannot find the codes - I suspect these are identical to B.T. Can anyone help please?

I have Virgin answer service. You dial 1571 and enter your code to access it. Pressing seven plays new messages as well as any old saved messages. Pressing 3 at the end of a message erases it. Pressing 5 saves it. I have no other options that I know of.
