know any Medical Sales Representitives?

I am currently applying for a medical sales position and have been asked to do some shadowing experience. can any one of you out there who is a medical sales rep. or knows one help me out?

All I need to do is to shadow for one day or maybe even just talk me through how a medical sales rep. would spend his/her day. Many thanks

Tough one this. A lot of companies don't allow their reps to take out someone to shadow for the day.I think they are concerned that the person may get a position with a competitor and then be aware of sales messages etc.

Try logging on to pharmatimes.com which is an industry magazine aimed at reps. I know that there was an advert in it a few weeks ago for a training day/ seminar aimed at people looking to start in the industry, to give the sort of information you are looking for.
