i am currently trying Adios as they are herbal. Have only just started last week, but will try to let you know if i have success with them. best bet with slimming pills is to take them alongside a calorie controlled diet. (and boring exrecise or course!)
dont use pills, change your diet but slowly, ie eat less fatty stuff, check % of fat per 100gs, etc, i lost 3st doing that and i`ve also done loads of exercise and loved it! get a buzz from a 4 mile run and love my gym workouts.
actually Ethel, Adios speeds up the body's metabolic rate which is what reduces the calories and leads to weight loss. it has nothing to do with water retention
I am using thermolean from a site called astronutrition. It is debatable whether it is actuallu legal or not but I have lost a stone in 4 weeks and now weigh 10 stone. The pills have given me extra energy to exercise and supress my appetite so much I am eating half the amount I used to
I use to be 13 1/2 stone and in the past 2 years have lost 6 stone. So went from a size 18 to a size 8 (and no sagging skin i might add) being 21 obviously helped.
There is no quick fix for loosing weight.I tried tablets, legal and illegal to loose the weight, and all it did was made me feel awful.
you need to eat less and have will power. i dont care what anyone says loosing weight is about cutting your calories. stop snacking on rubbish and eat well. a litle big of excercise wouldnt go a miss either.
a reducing diet is about 1400 - 1500 calories a day depending on how much you weigh now. just cut the cals and watch the weight drop off.
I agree mummy - and you've done brilliantly! Overload your body with fat and excess sugar, coupled with no exercise - you're going to get fat. Do the opposite, and the weight should drop off, unless there's some underlying medical reason.
