blank screens

i have been trying to access online stores eg John Lewis, through the airmiles web site, but all i get is a blank screen when i click on the icon. Does anyone out there know a reason for this or a way round it.

Hi 'nialltruan' ....I know it's a silly question but ....you did log-in to the airmiles site first ? ...if there is a problem it must be with the airmiles site. the alternative is to go directly to the site you want. google will find it.
