broadband 3 mobile ?????

Hi we are thinking of doing away wiv our phone line as we have mobiles and getting the 3 mobile broadband which is 15 a month for 2 years . what are yourreviews on this the good and bad points ?? i never use the internet to download music or ne thing just use for emails and msn and face book and stuff and to look and check things outs ?? all veiws welcome thanks in advance ??

get hold of a receiver before you take any drastic steps, and test the hell out of it at different times of the day. In my area, poor reception and high contention ratios mean these are little better than dial up for speed.

I've heard some right Horror stories involving 3. They essentially take up any slack in the main networks, if there is no slack then you wait and wait and wait....... I have a friend who is currently involved in legal action with 3. He took out an 18 month contract but after 6 months got so angry with not being able to receive calls etc etc that he refused to pay on the basis that the service was not fit for purpose. It's going to court for a judge to decide. This is Bournemouth it may be better in your area.
