Drink Driver
2 Answers
I loaned my car to somebody who was involved in a RTA. I believe he were driving under the influence of drink. The police were involved. My only hope is that nobody was injured. I've since seen my car and it is definately a write off.
The driver at the time was covered on my comprehensive insurance. I'm presuming he was over the legal limit to drive. Does this make my insurance nul and void? How does this effect my insurance? When i get another vehicle i will not put him on my insurance, do I still have to declare this?
