I ordered some herbal tablets from a company called Simply Supplements on the 20th January this year and never received them. I have emailed the company repeatedly about this issue. They have finally got back to me and they are claiming I never ordered anything as they have no record of it. I still have the emails they sent to me stating they received my order and had processed it. I also have a bank statement that proves I paid for the goods with my debit card. I have forwarded them all this proof via email and they are still saying I never placed an order or paid for anything. Where do I go from here to get my money back?
Thanks Zacsmaster. I have now received another email from them stating that they do have my order and that the product was out of stock in January,they stated my order will now be with me in a matter of days..........i'll believe that when I see it!
