Do odourless garlic capsules work ??

I want to start taking garlic capsules are they are supposed to be good for lowering cholesterol.
How do the odourless ones work, because surely, once you have swallowed them and they get into your bloodstream they are still going to make your breath smell ?

Jillius I have no idea why or how they work. All I know is Mr. yogasun DETESTS even a suggestion of garlic odour in anything yet acknowledges how beneficial garlic is. We have taken odourless garlic capsules for years and you can never smell it on our breath.

I will get some then. I hate the smell of garlic on breath. Obviously mr yogasun has a delicate nose and if he can't smell it on you then that's good enough for me !

ps: what brand do you use ?

Have always ordered from Goldshield (think they are online now) but trying a different brand this time - will probably regret it as we might stink to high heaven. Funnily enough have only just got them. Know that Goldshield work for us though...I was lured by a special offer (probably more fool me/us!)
