Morning bigmamma & everyone. Wouldn't normally be on this time of the day, but my husband's coming in early and we're going shopping, so while i've nothing else to do......!!!

Oh how lovely to see you Builder hun. So it's not really meant as 8:30 then I take it , just a ball-park time. The kettle has been on several times and the jaffas and biscuits at the ready . :-) xxxxxx

No, bigmamma, my autistic son's had some strong, supporting shoes made, and we're going to collect them. Then I think he might get a little pressie, because although the shoes look "normal", my son's a little self conscious about having to wear them. x

Awwww , bless him , are they comfy for him while they are of benefit to him , I hope he soon beds them in . :-) xxxxx

Yes, they're beautifully soft, but just have supporting heel and side pieces. You can't tell but what they aren't ordinary shoes. He won't have to wear them continuously. They've been made to see if it strengthens his feet, because sometimes after walking or running about, he gets terrible pains in his feet and legs. If they make no difference, then the pains are the result of a chemical which's produced in or around the muscles, and there's no more to be done. He's fine though thank you - x

............just got back................I see they've turned up...........it shouldn't be a ballpark time...................there's usually a good reason though :o)

My moan is communication.............grrrrrrr..........I find people will put up with almost anything if you just ring them to explain...........................anyway, if you want to keep them happy then - plasterers LOVE KitKat and Coke (cans of that is).........LOL

Ah , I did ask if they wanted a cold can of Coke or Fanta or OJ , or tea , and they opted for tea again , now the ones who did my wetroom did like Coke , and , yes , lol Kit-kats !

Hi Bigmamma and everyone, how are you today. I got up at 9ish and went for my weekly acupuncture session. This is the 3rd week I've been and I'm finding it very beneficial. I think its really helping with my stress. I'm going to try some yoga next, see if that helps as well.

I'm going to miss her like mad, but hopefully it will only be for a few months and then I'm looking into moving out there with her. Just need to get finance's sorted before I can go. Should be a good party tho! xxx
