illegal working practices at college

The college where I work has some illegal practices like issuing out certificates to foreign students that never turn up to classes, in exchange of payment. I want to inform the home office about it but since I work there I am a part of it. Is there a way of reporting them anonymously?

I wonder why on earth you think the Home Office would be interested.
Sounds like one for the Department of Education and Skills. That is, if they haven't changed their name in the last 5 hours.

Why would the home office be interested? Please dont make me laugh. This college is one of many that bring in foreign students who come here to stay or work (without a valid working visa) and then get qualifications without having earned them, not to mention they manipulate student attendance figures and dont sign staff to contracts so fire people on the spot.
You dont think the home office would be interested in closing down a college that operates like this?

The Department for Education & Skills have indeed changed their name - they are now the Department for Children, Schools and Families - or at least they were when I began to type this; they may have changed their name again!
