weight....again continue
that is what the doctor'sconclusion is, my conclusion is that the advice he gave me was very good, extremly good. and i do need to do what he says, and i am going to. im not going to tell my mum face to face like i did before, im going to write her a letter adn give it to her, becuse im better at writing it than talking it. she might listen to it more you never know, its worth a try.
ok so thats my amazing trip to the doctors sorry if i have bored you! heehe. i hope everything is ok for everyone and i am so grateful i cant expres it to you all for giving me that extra strength to go to the doctors and get something done about it. thank you all so much and im glad i have done it. thank you all again.

your mum might also feel hurt that you could't tell her but al least you are going too and I think writing a letter to her is an excellent idea as you can express yourself more and hopefully you will be able to talk to her instead of bottleing things up.
it sounds like you have lovely friends that care for you
I hope you get everything sorted with your mum and take care x
Hello darling glad to hear it went so well at the docs!!
i think when your ma reads your letter she will be happy that instead of self harming yourself again and trying to deal with it yourself you have been mature enough to get help from a professional!! also knowing you feel like that your mum should not be angry with you because that will only make it worse!! good luck and let me know how you are getting or get on with the book!!
