I didn't watch it but I've just seen a funny clip on Harry hill's TV Burp where the guy on the programme was too scared to hold an asparagus spear and an orange! Lol

Is there any food item that freaks you out? I knew someone who had a fear of peas!!! Lol

Well I got some housework done and I'm gonna do some more in a bit. Just waiting for the bleach in the sink to do its work then I can drain it. Lol

I've never had Welks. I've got a fear of snails so I can't eat them. I love mussels though. Mussels marinere (sp) with crusty bread is lovely. Mmmmm

Anything slimy like mussels or oysters, baked beans, advocado and tomato ketchup makes me gag just looking at it ;(

same as hellie with regards to slimey shellfish ! YUK, cockles, whelks etc....
brussels are my most detested thing though! No way could i eat one of those without chucking ! Just the smell makes my stomach churn!

Mushrooms,I can't even touch a raw one let alone eat it!!! It used to be so bad that I couldn't look at them but i've mellowed a bit with age. I must have been menaced by a mushroom when I was little or something.pmsl

As long as bananas are green verging on yellow I can just about stand them in the kitchen. Don't like the smell.

Lol I like shellfish, avocado, and all the stuff you said. I love mushrooms as well. I like brussels too as long as they are not cooked to death! Lol

Not as much food, well it is!
But any out of date food, or food thats been left!
I cant load the diishwasher because of the plates having leftover bits of food on, or if there is anything out of date in the fridge (we buy alot of food we never eat!) it has to be removed by my other half because I just cant go near it!
Strange I know!

I can't do any meat that I have cooked in a pan, ok if it's in the oven.
definitely no shellfish and no fish that still has it's eyes on, yuk.
My hubbie won't eat cooked cheese, any will only eat baked beans if they are fried, like he used to get in the forces.
My son won't eat gravy or anything that gravy touches and definitley not peas or beans as they are dangerous!!!

Oh dear Wiggal. Lol. I try to eat everything I buy. Very little gets binned as I can't stand wasting it.

Villa, I am like you. I will try anything once to see if I like it. I love grilled octopus. I have it a lot when I go to Crete.

Amonty, I often cook trout and other fish with the heads and tails on. Lol. I also love gravy.

In fact I LOVE ALL FOOD! Lol
