Before the days of Chip & Pin!
2 Answers
Does anyone know the name of a contraption that every shop had, before chip and pin and even before swiping cards and signing a printed slip, came along.
The cashier would placed your card onto the handheld machine, within set guide slots, then place a carbon copy slip over it and slide across the moving part to gain an impression of your card.
Many thanks
