What is the ar of paper cutting called where you cut out intricate shapes but leave a little of it attached to the paper so you can stand it up and the cutout looks like a silhouette please ?

Decoupage is where you cut out various copies of the same picture and mount them on top of each other to give a 3D effect.

If you get it framed you need a box frame behind the normal frame to get the required clearance the picture will need
